and load planning has launched PALLET LITE: a new program designed
to create pallet patterns.
This new entry level software allows users to work out the best
pallet patterns for existing case sizes quickly and easily.
Users enter their case dimensions and then select a pallet type
from a range of industry standard pallets. The height and weight
of the pallet are entered via a simple input screen and the
program creates a range of solutions. The numerical and graphical
results can be printed or shared with colleagues via email.

Soco Systems announces Palletbuilder application using CAPE's
Pallet optimization software.
January 16, 2007 - CAPE Systems Group, Inc., today announced
that SOCO System, its partner in end-of-line robotic packaging
and pallet building solutions, has brought to market a new PalletBuilder
application incorporating CAPE's pallet optimization software.
This is the first product to come out of CAPE's development
relationship with SOCO, announced in September 2006. The PalletBuilder
program runs as an integrated part of the HMI-interface of the
SOCO System palletizing robot.
A FTSE 100 Company and other internationally known organizations
are among the early launch customers for this exciting new product.
