New CAPE Systems Software for Packaging and Logistics

When it comes to software for packaging and logistics, CAPE Systems has pulled out all the stops with four new systems that were recently debuted at Pack Expo and are now available wherever they are needed most.

CAPE PACK 2.04 palletizing and package design software can be used for more than efficient pallet loads. The software enables users to design custom packages and pallet loads with the touch of a button, evaluate alternative product dimensions, review optical pack arrangements and test package integrity using the compression strength feature.

Newly added features include ease of use enhancements and more comprehensive import and exporting capabilities. The ability to easily integrate with other systems has become increasingly important to customers, and graphics technology enables users to view true to life representations of solutions. The program generates three dimensional, color displays of full, quarter and club store pallet loads.

Truckfill 2.04 is an enhanced customer innovation representing the latest version of software specializing in the organization and priority loading of products into trucks and containers. It helps users create, edit, print and maintain multi-product load plans, while avoiding the shipment of empty space or wasted time associated with manually calculating how many products can be loaded onto containers and trucks.

The new database version of Display Pallet program is designed for manufacturers and retailers who are building three-dimensional displays of single and mixed products for club stores.

KDF 2.04 enables corrugated packers to bundle and palletize flat, glued cases and helps customer service groups create accurate estimates. Manufacturers can either start with a flat blank or a made-up case size, convert it to a KDF/flat-glued case, create bundles, palletize and then load trucks.
