programs, including updates and upgrades can be downloaded from
this web site. For those customers who require physical delivery
we generally despatch the software and user documentation within
forty eight hours of receiving an order. |

In the United Kingdom we use a "next day" delivery service. |

| 2.
In Europe we use a recognised international courier service
- which generally means delivery within two to three working
days. |

For the "Rest of the World" we use a recognised international
courier service - which generally means delivery within three
to five working days. |

| Delivery
costs |

| Delivery
costs are determined by the size and weight of the individual
package. For a typical order consisting of a single program
and user documentation delivery charges would be: |

deliveries in the UK we currently charge £15 (GBP) |
| For
deliveries to Europe we typically charge £50 (GBP) |
| For
deliveries to the "Rest of the World" charges are typically
between £60 and £150 (GBP) |

| Delays
in delivery |

| If
we are advised by the relevant courier organisation that your
shipment will be delayed then we will do our best to advise
you of a revised delivery date. |

| If
you need to track your delivery then you can contact our Customer
Support department and they will provide you with an update
and expected delivery time/date. |

| Force
Majeure |
|
| We
shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply
or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or
delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance
beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation,
weather, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes). |
