When you place an order, or use any online form on our website, respond to a survey, or enter a promotion, we need to know your name and other information such as your company name, postal address, email address, telephone contact number and, if you wish to pay by credit card, we will also need your credit card details.
Our policy is not to store or keep your credit card details. Once your credit card transaction is processed we will remove and/or destroy your credit card details. All we will keep is the receipt from the credit card processing company.
By submitting your name, company name and relevant address and contact details you consent to our use of the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. We gather this information to allow us to process your order or request. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents, sub-contractors and members of our group to provide you with the goods or services you have ordered or requested. We may also use the information to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of the goods or services.
Customer information may be used to aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our on-going customer service.

Should you wish to access the personal information that we hold about you or your company please write to "Customer Support" at our postal address. You will need to include a brief description of the information you require along with proof of identification. We will then respond to you within 30 days of receiving your request.
 
Changes
If and when we make changes to our Privacy Policy we will post those changes on this page and we may also place notices on other pages of the website so that you can at any time check our current policy. If we make any changes that may significantly affect the way we deal with your information, we will also email you to notify you of the proposed changes, so that you may have your details removed from our records if you do not agree with the changes.
