| In
the unlikely event you experience problems with our CD media
or installation procedure we will try to get you up and running
with our software as quickly as possible. |
|
| Our
software products are supplied under the terms of the Cape Pack,
Truckfill or Pallet Lite software licenses and include a refund
statement. |
|
| Essentially,
these software licenses allow for the replacement of any faulty
media within thirty days. If after replacing the media the software
still cannot be made to function properly, then a refund of
the License Fee can be granted. |

| Please
refer to the extracts below from the standard Cape Pack Software
License for further explanation: |

| "Cape
Systems warrants the CD on which the Software is furnished to
be free from viruses and defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date
of delivery to you". |

| "Your
exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of any CD not meeting
the Limited Warranty offered by Cape Systems, and which is returned
to Cape Systems, or its authorised agent or representative".

| "If
Cape Systems is unable to provide a replacement CD which is
free of defects in workmanship, you may terminate this Agreement
by returning the Software and Documentation and your License
Fee will be refunded". |

| "The
laws of England and the 1971 Paris revision of the Universal
Copyright Convention shall govern this License Agreement". |
